Gabriella Vovk

Gabriella Vovk - Psychology Undergraduate with Volunteer Commitment

Gabriella Vovk is a University of Arizona psychology student who has course experience in areas such as depression, chemical and clinical psychology, personality disorders, and medication management. An active community volunteer, Gabriella Vovk has earned recognition from Camp Encourage for working to provide children on the autism spectrum with a fun and fulfilling experience in the outdoors.

Gabi Vovk was active on swim team as a high school student, and has provided lifeguard services at the Paul Henson YMCA and at civic pool in Prairie Village, Kansas. She is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts and has earned Bronze and Silver Awards from the organization. In addition to serving as camp counselor and guiding younger scouts, Gabi Vovk has utilized her time in the Scouts to achieve personal growth and develop teamwork skills.

Ms. Vovk maintains a Seal of Biliteracy and is active with the Spanish Honor Society. She has had the opportunity to shadow professionals in the chemistry field, gaining insight into techniques related to analysis and chemical experimentation.
